Clicking with your photographer…

When I meet with my couples, I often talk about clicking and/or connecting with each other. It is extremely important that you know who your photographer is and are comfortable with him/her. There is no other vendor that knows the flow of a wedding and what happens at weddings better than your photographer. Actually, I don’t consider myself a vendor but rather another ‘bridesmaid’ haha. I am with my bride for about 90% of the day. I fix her stray hairs, know how to bustle her dress, pin boutonnieres on her dad, etc…but I will gladly ask a real bridesmaid to help out with slipping on the garter, though:)

Anyways, you might wonder how one feels after meeting me once or twice. I’ll share an email with you from my new, ‘old’ friends, Gillian and Graeme.

You book me, look into buying a BBQ and invite me and my family over to hang out:)

Thanks to one of my beautiful brides from New York, Lorraine, for sending Gillian my way. Being a business that is essentially 100% referral based, one of the perks is seeing my old brides at future weddings. In this case, Lorraine is going to be a bridesmaid for Gillian.

So exciting !!! I’m really looking forward to spending lots of time with Gillian and Graeme throughout their planning process.
