Last week was a busy week for 2011 bookings. Earlier in the week, Yvette and Mike booked me and Friday night I met up with Michelle and JR for their date.
I received this wonderful email from Michelle shortly after our 2 hour first meet:
I can’t wait to get to know them better ! How we came together was quite an interesting journey. Essentially, after months of communicating, they came full circle after seeing and experiencing what else is out there, in terms of Photographers. Such a sweet and fun couple. More on them when I blog their beautiful wedding.
A huge THANK YOU goes out to my friend and colleague, Lisa Ng | Hello DJ! for referring them to me. I’ve known Lisa for quite some time and I can’t wait to work with her again. She really knows how to pick ‘em for me ! She’s an awesome DJ and MC and I highly recommend her !Please check out her new blog – Hip and Urban Girl for some fun reading.
I’m also really looking forward to working Michelle and JR’s planner, Melissa Samborski | One Fine Day Event Planning & Design Inc.. Not sure how we’ve managed to miss each other after all these years, but hopefully this is the first of many JW+One.Fine.Day weddings to come.
2011 is filling up crazy fast !
