Did we totally luck out on the weather or what ! After going more than 4 years strong of rain-free Saturdays, I was almost batting .500 for rainy Saturday weddings this year ! It did rain today…but not for too long and when the sun and clouds came in, we had some awesome lighting.
I met D+R about a few years ago at a gathering with one of my brides, Sophia, last year…and then saw them again at Sophia’s wedding, where D was a bridesmaid. So when they contacted me and told me that they were engaged, I was so happy and excited for them. And when I heard when they wanted to get married, I was worried for them ! haha This wedding was pretty much planned in about 4 mths. And it finally happened today, but not without a lot of help (and love) from their family and friends.
It was a fun day today…we were in great company…I saw 2 of my former brides, a sister of a former bride, and guests from a wedding a few weeks ago. I also saw one of my brother’s old classmates from high school. It’s such a small world, I tell ya !
