WOO HOO !!!! What great weather we had for Evelyn+Andrew’s wedding yesterday. The weather wasn’t looking too promising when I arrived here, but I worked my magic again and got a beautiful, sunny Saturday
Keeping the streak of rain-free Saturday weddings alive !
It was really great to meet Evelyn for the first time. She’s a sweetheart and super outgoing. She’s originally from Houston and now works in New York as a fashion designer for children’s clothes. Pretty cool job ! I first met Andrew about 6 years ago in Toronto at a wedding he was performing at. He’s a musical genius…plays pretty much every instrument out there. He arranged all the music for his own wedding too! I was definitely nervous for the musicians…that’s a lot of pressure ! Their ceremony was held at The Community Church of Great Neck and had their reception at The Swan Club. That venue was gorgeous and it’s too bad the flowers were not in bloom yet.
They had their engagement pictures done by the awesome Ben Chrisman…and I had the honor to document their wedding. You can see their engagement shots here…just gotta scroll down a little. Congrats to Ben, by the way, for snatching the 2007 WPJA Photographer of the Year ! Rock On !
