What a great party Victoria and Dave threw this past Saturday. Kevin, Francis and I spent about 12+ hours with Victoria and Dave’s amazing family and friends at their beautiful wedding celebration.
For those who were in Toronto on Saturday, the weather didn’t look too promising with an insane storm coming through in the morning (and apparently in the evening as well). Regardless, the show went on…and God answered my prayers with AMAZING weather in the afternoon, just in time for their ceremony.
I met up with the girls at the Delta and walked into this pimped out suite that they got upgraded to. It was crazy huge ! Looked like something out of an old historic mansion. I never knew such a room existed in that hotel.
Victoria wore a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress which looked pretty good on the hanger…but looked even more stunning once she put it on.
The ceremony was held at Dave’s family parish: St. John’s Catholic Church in Toronto:

The Wedding Party. The kids were so adorable ! And so well behaved too ! It’s tough to get kids in the mood for photos, especially when it’s nap time. But these four were troopers and we were able to get a few photos with no fuss !

The above teasers were just some of the many images I had prepared for their surprise Same Day Slideshow. It’s a bummer I couldn’t get it out for all the guests to see due to an uncooperative AV guy. But what can you do. That’s ok, their final slideshow is gonna be even more amazing !
A special thanks goes out to both families, who were just great to be around. I don’t know how many times I was asked to relax and drink, but we really felt like we were amongst family.

Yeah, those corsages…let’s just say I had to get up close and personal with Victoria’s sweet mom when pinning hers on. If you’ve done it before, you know what I mean. For all the future brides out there, stick with the wrist corsages if you don’t know how to pin them. Because I might not be there to help out
Victoria and Dave…what can I say. You two looked absolutely beautiful (yes, you too Dave) this weekend ! It was so fun to finally see this day come to fuition. Congratulations on starting this new chapter of your life. Enjoy your honeymoon in Italy and the rest of Europe !
