What a busy week it has been !
Last Sunday was Ethan’s birthday party, which was a blast as he got to spend the afternoon with his family and friends. And on the 12th, his actual birthday, we had a small family dinner at home.
Yesterday, Jeanette and I spent a nice evening at Canoe. We had a perfect dinner during sunset and celebrated, not only Valentine’s Day, but also our first dinner out alone without the kids. But there was not a single moment where we weren’t thinking of the kids, who were at home with her mom. But it was really nice to get dressed up for a night out. I have to give a big thanks to Joanne and her staff at Canoe for coordinating my custom dinner menu for us. While everyone had to order from the fixed Valentine’s Day menu, I had the Chef prepared something extra special and unique for us.
And today…well it’s my birthday. I turn thirty-something (again) today. But I don’t feel a day older than 30
And with Ethan’s birthday so close to mine, you’d think that my birthday will just get amalgamated with his. But Jeanette made a vow to always celebrate our birthdays separately. So, today she had a surprise lunch get together planned for me today. I am still important ! haha She’s the best !
Today is also special because Brandon’s commercial debut is supposed to air today. It’s for Leon’s Furniture, so if you see it run, please let me know asap ! Because I have no idea what channel it is on !
