Ok, so I have a weakness for wings ! i know I’ll pay for it in the end haha That’s the only thing un-organic that I fall for.

JCT: I have an idea, you keep going to the personal trainer and then you can come over to tell me what you learned and show me how to bulk up. Sound good ? hehe Remember those Selecttechs ? They are still sitting in the basement. Ya 90 days has gone by.
